“Well, it was four years ago. I was playing golf with a greens keeper from Texas. We were in the Bahamas on vacation, and we were playing at the Ocean Club on Paradise Island.

“We arrived at the 12th hole, which is a par 3, 167 yds into the wind, and directly behind the green is the ocean. I pulled out a 6 iron and said to my partner, ‘I need to hit this pretty stiff.’ Well, I hit a beautiful shot that was just tracking right at the hole, and lo and behold - it went in!

“Yup, my very first ever hole-in-one, four players on the 13 tee box saw it drop in the hole, I was beside myself and took a 10 on the very next hole.”
