Heron Lakes-Great Blue Course (Portland, OR)
OverviewThe longest Par 4 on the course with a beautiful view of Mt. Hood. Fairway bunkers guard both right and left with a long fore bunker left and in front of the green. Pot bunkers guard the back of the green. Pro Play TipsThe fairway tightens by 2/3rds at the 150 yard marker, so prudent tee shots leave an approach of around 170 yards. The center of the green is guarded by a large hump which funnels shots to the left or right of the green. Par is a good score here playing into the prevailing wind. * Suggestions for play are based on the back tee. |
