On the Trans Canada Highway Between Salmon Arm and Sorrento is a wonderous lavender heaven.

From their website www.CarlinHillLavender.com they describe themselves: Carlin Hill Lavender features Lavender bordered Cottage style gardens with over 500 lavender plants in the gardens. In the summer of 2007 we were delighted with a new additional field of another 250 lavender plants. With continuous planting for the next few years we hope to have over 2 acres of lavender which will contain over 2000 plants.

Come and indulge yourself with the wonderful scent of Lavender, tranquillity of the gardens and the soothing sound of the waterfalls. They have tours, self-guided or guided, afternoon tea, full afternoon tea, and a lavender gift shop.

THE FARM IS OPEN: 12:00 - 4:30 - June and September - Friday, Saturday & Sunday; July & August - Tuesday to Sunday; and open by apointment in off season.
